Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Since pickles are perishable food items, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered. However, we ensure your satisfaction by addressing any quality or damage concerns as follows:

  1. Replacement Eligibility:
  • Wrong item received
  • Product damaged or leaked during transit
  • Expired product received
  1. How to Raise a Concern:
  • Email us at ancestryskitchen@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order ID, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
  1. Refunds or Replacements:
  • If approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

Note on Shelf Life & Storage

  • Chacha’s pickles are made using traditional recipes and Non-veg pickles should be consumed within 10-12 days after delivery for the best freshness and taste (Keep them refrigerated) and for Veg Pickles its 6 months - 18 months (preserved naturally with mustard oil) Please store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Once opened, use a clean dry spoon and keep a layer of mustard oil on top for better shelf life also keep the lid tightly closed after each use.
